We've reported a year on year growth of 38% during the first half of 2021.
Driving this growth has been a number of record-breaking sales months. A particularly outstanding Q2 saw Home Insurance new business sales reach the highest-ever recorded level, with sales of all products increasing by 31% year-on-year.
These results follow of a series of awards for us during July 2021, including Specialist Coverage of the Year at the National Insurance Awards and GI Provider of the Year at the Financial Reporter Awards.
Our strong financial performance is attributed by the breadth and depth of support we offer advisers, which this year has included accelerating technology investments such as our online chatbot service to help deliver an exceptional customer experience, to providing extensive educational resources and sharing best practice at our bi-annual virtual conference to make you – and your customers – realise the benefits of General Insurance.

“After months of business disruption and financial instability for many customers, this year we’ve really devoted ourselves to empowering advisers to better support their customers – from investing in adaptable technology to delivering virtual events and supporting industry-wide knowledge-sharing.
