If you have a client who is an existing policyholder, we'd like to assure you that they are not affected by the changes in availability of this product, and can continue to claim in line with the terms and conditions of their current policy.
MortgageProtector can be tailored to meet your clients' circumstances and budget; keeping them in complete control of the cover they have.
Your client can select how much of their monthly mortgage payment they want to insure, the type of cover they want, how long they want to be covered for and when they'd receive their first payment if they needed to claim.
Your clients can even choose whether they'd like to defer paying for their policy for up to 6 months.
We want to let you know...
As with all insurance policies there are circumstances when cover can't be offered or a claim paid. For example, any insured incident which your client intentionally causes or creates and pre-existing medical conditions unless your client has been symptom-free in the 12 months after the policy start date.
